Who we are

Elite Metro Corp. is a telecommunications company that leads the way in the world of Metro by T-Mobile nationally authorized dealers. Since 2007, Elite has grown from 3 to 256 employees. We have survived and thrived in market ebbs and flows because of two important priorities: leadership and you. 
 

We value our relationship with you and our other employees. We have learned that the team performs better in a stable environment where everyone's attributes are allowed to shine, and their productivity is rewarded. For those reasons, we created this team member guide and conduct code so that every team member can be motivated, challenged, productive, and successful.
